TERMS AND CONDITIONS

YEAR 3 - YEAR 13

  • All participants interested in joining must fill out the sign-up form.

  • Payment is invoiced on a termly basis only (approx. 11-14 weeks).

  • Full payment is required before the first day of term.

  • Participants can join at any time throughout the current term and will be invoiced for the remaining total of sessions.

  • Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Participants who are not currently a member of Alexander’s School of Dance must fill out a Medical Questionnaire & Declaration before their first session.

ADULTS (18+)

  • All participants interested in joining must fill out the sign-up form.

  • Payment is invoiced on a half-termly basis only (approx. 6-8 weeks).

  • Full payment is required before your first session of that term.

  • Participants can join at any time throughout the current term and will be invoiced for the remaining total of sessions.

  • Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Participants must fill out a Medical Questionnaire & Declaration before their first session.

  • All participants interested in joining must fill out the sign-up form above prior to their first session.

    Participants who do not attend Alexander’s School of Dance must fill out a Medical Questionnaire & Declaration before their first session.

  • Fitted clothing is required.

  • Equipment is provided by AIM PILATES.

    If preferred, participants must provide their own mat.
